I have found a new person for my arsenal. Mark Hyman MD. He is now a Functional Medicine Physician. This video from TEDMED in 2010 is amazing. He speaks about the journey to heal his body when every doctor he went to just wanted to give him a pill.

About me

This is the story of my personal journey to heal my Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and Celiacs, naturally. I am going to the source of the problem (compromised immune system) and am healing it from the inside out. I am doing it with diet (no gluten, grains, sugars, soy, starches, alcohol or dairy) and all natural supplements. I also see a functional medicine specialist who helps treat me holistically. In less than a year, I have reduced my antibodies by 80%. When first diagnosed with Hashimoto's I didn't know where to look for help. I am hoping that my collection of information helps you on your journey as it has mine.
